Hotel Solana, Arinsal

After a few hours of negotiation with our rep, the room wasn't the cleanest or very spacious but eventually became acceptable. The staff were a mix of friendly and not so helpful. The location was perfect for accessing the gondola but sometimes noisy. The dining was busy and needed updated facilities. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
